Educational project for prison service employees
The implementation of the four-year project supported by the European Social Fund, Operational Programme Employment, started In April 2019.
The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of the work of the employees of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic using educational activities that will expand the existing educational system.
The employee education within the project’s framework is aimed at management skills, HR, handling crisis situations and mediation techniques, ecology, as well as the field of communication and treatment of imprisoned foreigners. The courses are in the form of face-to-face learning, online learning and e-learning.
The budget of the project is 14 800 000 CZK and around 1000 employees will receive sufficient educational support that is required by the grant provider.
