Presentation for ELSA students from Germany
PRAGUE (February 2) - an ELSA (European Law Students Association) group of students from Germany visited the Headquarters of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic to learn more about the Czech penitentiary system.
The initial presentation quickly turned into a Q&A session, touching on topics such as life imprisonment, inmate healthcare, understaffing, therapeutic work in prisons and also rather systemic questions of imprisonment sentence meaning.
