Doggie therapists for Dutch prisoners

PRAGUE 30th January (rnw.nl) - The Dutch Justice Ministry is experimenting with a new way to help socialise repeat offenders. Groups of inmates are being allowed to train abandoned dogs, thereby learning responsibility and increasing the odds that the dogs can later be placed with new owners.
